As Chief Executive Officer, Anna Greenberg leads Ontario Health atHome operations and empowers staff to deliver our mission of “helping everyone to be healthier at home through integrated and equitable care in partnership with the communities we serve.” In collaboration with the Executive Leadership Team, Anna advances our vision of “exceptional care – wherever you call home” and strengthens Ontario Health atHome as a key partner in building an integrated health system for patients, families and caregivers.
Anna has excelled in several leadership roles within Ontario’s health care system, including her role as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at Ontario Health, and earlier positions as Chief Regional Officer, Toronto and East, and Chief, Strategy and Planning.
She has led transformational change initiatives with a strong commitment to listening, engaging, and educating in large, complex organizations. Anna has helped Ontario Health better recognize and address barriers to equity and was instrumental in supporting Ontario’s health system response to the COVID-19 pandemic. A former President of Health Quality Ontario, Anna championed improved performance monitoring, public reporting, and clinical standards. Over the course of her career, she has also held senior policy and strategic roles within the health care system and the Ontario government.
