Accessibility Compliance Report

Designated Public Sector Accessibility Compliance Report
Section 15 of the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act, 2005 (AODA) requires that accessibility reports include a statement certifying that all the required information has been provided and is accurate, signed by a person with authority to bind the organization(s).

Public organizations, non-profits, and private businesses must complete an AODA (opens in a new tab) compliance report. This report is a way to make sure that organizations are on track with the goal of making a fully accessible province by 2025. This report confirms that businesses have met their AODA needs (opens in a new tab) .
