Elham Roushani leads the Finance and Facilities portfolio guiding the development of strategies that strengthen the organization’s financial stewardship and operational infrastructure.  He  provides direction and oversight for financial planning, controllership and financial management, and is responsible for the stewardship of capital assets and infrastructure investments. Managing approximately $4.4 billion in public funds, Elham carries a significant responsibility to Ontarians. His leadership defines and drives the programs, policies, systems, services and service models that support Finance and Facilities within the broader framework of our mandate and mission, vision and values.​

Elham is a senior financial executive with over 20 years of experience in health care and the private sector. He is concurrently the CFO at Ontario Health where he demonstrates exceptional fiscal management overseeing the financial affairs of the Ontario Health network. Prior to joining Ontario Health in 2019, Elham managed the financial affairs at Cancer Care Ontario as Vice President and CFO. He has a BSc degree from the University of Guelph and obtained his Chartered Accountancy Professional designation from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Ontario.

As a CFO of a publicly funded agency, my team and I have a great responsibility to Ontarians. We have a duty to safeguard the services on which patients, families and caregivers rely through sustainable and effective stewardship of funds.
